Inquiring About Tickets

You have 15 days to respond to the infraction from the date the ticket was issued.  You have 4 options to choose from to respond to a ticket:

1.  Pay the listed penalty;
2.  Request a Mitigation Hearing to admit and explain the circumstances;
3.  Ask for a Deferred Finding to keep the infraction off your driving record;
4. Request a Contested Hearing to challenge the infraction.
