UPDATE: Badger Mtn to Candy Mtn Connector Pathway

Project schedule delayed until Wednesday, July 17 due to unforeseen circumstances. Granite Construction will be constructing an 8’ wide multi-modal pedestrian pathway/shoulder extension on Dallas Road.

*UPDATE: Granite Construction will not be beginning work on this project until Wednesday, July 17 due to delays in other projects. Scope of work will remain the same.*

Beginning on Monday, July 15, Granite Construction will be constructing an 8’ wide multi-modal pedestrian pathway/shoulder extension on Dallas Road. The new pathway location will begin at E 210 PR NE and extend North to E 669 PR NE, providing access to the Badger Mountain Trailhead and the Candy Mountain Trailhead.

The pathway will be located on the East side of Dallas Road from E 210 PR NE to a location North of I-82. At this location, a crosswalk will be installed across Dallas Road and the pathway will continue on the West side of the road, north to its terminus at E 669 PR NE. 

The project is expected to take one month to complete, barring any delays. Traffic control will be in place and one lane will remain open to traffic at all times. Please expect delays.
