New reduced speed limits have been approved for several roads in the Prosser and Finley areas.
 

UPDATE 4/17/19

The Road Department has begun changing the speed limit signs in Prosser, as approved by the Board of Commissioners on January 29, 2019 (see below). Changes have been completed on Johnson Road and are in progress on Wilgus Road. Crews will continue to change out and install signs in the area to reflect the approved speed limit changes.

NOTICE OF SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION

New reduced speed limits have been approved for several roads in the Prosser and Finley areas.  Originally, these roads were unmarked country roads and their speed limit was 50 MPH.  The new speed limits will be effective once the signs have been posted.  Please see below for a list of roads and what the new speed limit is.  To see where these roads are on a map, please click the appropriate link below.

Prosser:

  • Albro Road – 25 MPH
  • Bone Road – 25 MPH
  • County Line Road – 30 MPH
  • Griffin Road – 35 MPH
  • Johnson Road – 35 MPH
  • King Tull Road – 35 MPH
  • Sievers Road – 35 MPH
  • Atwood Road – 40 MPH
  • Missimer Road – 40 MPH
  • Wilgus Road – 40 MPH

Finley:

  • Sloan Road – 35 MPH
  • Sloan Court – 35 MPH
