The Benton County Sheriff's Office Bureau of Law Enforcement is comprised of 53 commissioned deputies and 10 non-commissioned employees.  Of those, 49 of the commissioned deputies and all of the non-commissioned employees fall under the direction of a Bureau Captain.  The Bureau consists of four divisions; Patrol Division, Detective Division, Civil Division, and Records Division.  Three of these divisions are under the direction of three Lieutenants, while the fourth is under the direction of the Detective Sergeant.
