The Benton County GIS Department provides products and services to other agencies and to the general public. In general, such products and services include:

• Digital data - the base upon which all other GIS products are built
• Spatial analysis - a means to combine data from many sources to solve problems
• Hardcopy maps - plotted with unlimited combinations of data layers at any scale
• Benton County Road Atlas - displays roads and landmarks within the county in a convenient spiral-bound book or three-ring binder
• Reports - primarily the result of a query or spatial analysis
• Training - provided to the staff of the various Benton County departments
• Customer Service - prompt and courteous assistance to the public and to all clients

• Parcel Boundaries with Assessment Data - within unincorporated areas and Benton City (Excludes Hanford)
• 2008 Color Orthophotography - 1 ft. pixel resolution for the entire county, excluding Hanford
• 2004 Color Orthophotography - 1 ft. pixel resolution for the entire county, excluding Hanford
• 1998 Color Orthophotography - 2 ft. pixel resolution for the entire county, excluding Hanford, and 1 ft. pixel resolution for some urban areas
• Scanned and Registered Historic Area Photography - Various Years
• Road Centerlines
• City Limit and Urban Growth Area Boundaries
• Point Addressing for rural areas
• Partial Road Right-of-Way and Access Easement boundaries
• Township/Range/Section Lines
• Contours
• Digital copies of recorded Short Plats, Plats, Surveys and Condominiums
• County Comprehensive Land Use Plan
• Election District Boundaries
• Taxing District Boundaries

Current data conversion and creation projects include:

• Milepost and Address Range values for Road Centerlines
• County Zoning
• Building Footprints for rural areas
