NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Benton County Planning Department, an application (File No. EA 2016-017) dated September 7, 2016 submitted by Mountain States Construction Co. for the construction of a new wine production facility with a building footprint of approximately 35,000 SF with an attached office space of approximately 2,500 SF. The facility will be utilized for processing wine grapes to be fermented and stored in tanks. The building will include a crush pad, a tank room, mech/electrical room, attached office space with conference room, offices, restrooms, break room lab and storage for the facility operation and management.
