NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following hearing item was CONTINUED from the September 13, 2016 Planning Commission meeting and the continued hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 7 p.m. in the Planning Annex Hearing Room, Benton County Planning Department, 1002 Dudley Avenue, Prosser, WA 99350. SUB 2016-005/EA 2016-016 - the preliminary plat of La Buena Vida Estates, a subdivision of 20.9 acres into 15 lots by: Dos Cabras Viejas, LLC. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Benton County Planning Department, an application (File No. EA 2016-017) dated September 7, 2016 submitted by Mountain States Construction Co. for the construction of a new wine production facility with a building footprint of approximately 35,000 SF with an attached office space of approximately 2,500 SF. The facility will be utilized for processing wine grapes to be fermented and stored in tanks. The building will include a crush pad, a tank room, mech/electrical room, attached office space with conference room, offices, restrooms, break room lab and storage for the facility operation and management. The project work area is approximately 9 acres and it anticipated that approximately 50,000 CY of material will be moved on site. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Benton County Planning Department, an application for a Conditional Use Permit (File No. CUP 2016-006 & EA 2016-014) was submitted on August 25, 2016 by Rocking River, LLC for the construction of a concrete batch plant, office, aggregate processing facility, and rock storage as well as a future shop and truck scales on approximately 37 acres in the Hedges Industrial Site.
